Cape Fear Solar Systems is teaming up with TheatreNOW to offer a special solar edition of the Super Saturday Fun Time on Saturday, 11 June, 2016 from 3-4:30pm.
This Kid’s Adventure & Variety Show won a Star News Media Wilmington Theater Award for “Best Children’s Theater Production.”
If you are looking for a fun kid’s activity with an educational element focused on solar power then join us for this live theatrical show featuring local history, mystery and super star guests! Your host, riverboat captain and surf lover, Captain Coy T. Plunkett (Zach Hanner) will lead the fun with live music, games, cartoons, short films, and his favorite surf “nuggets”. The Dock Street Kid’s and their always-hungry dog, Dock, solve adventures like the “Ghost of the Battleship”, “The Ghost of the Riverwalk,” and the “The Sea Devil and The Salt Works”.
- Most appropriate for ages 4-10, but all ages are welcome.
- Parents can even drop off kids aged 5+.
- Kid-friendly snacks and drinks will be available for purchase.
- Doors open at 3pm.
