1This “Beat the Heat and Your Bill” promotion is for residential solar customers who have signed a fully executed solar panel installation agreement between June 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025 for a 6 kW (six kiloWatts) or larger solar photovoltaic (PV) system from Cape Fear Solar Systems. “Qualified Electric Bills” are bills from the purchasers electric utility that have (a) service address that matches the installation address on the Solar PV Sales Agreement; (b) a Bill date that is AFTER the execution date of the Solar PV Sales Agreement, but no earlier than June 1, 2025 and (c) a bill date is no LATER than September 30, 2025. Offer not valid for existing Cape Fear Solar Systems customers.
To qualify and stay qualified for the “Beat the Heat and Your Bill” promotion, the Purchaser must abide by their sales agreement; submit each qualified electric bill to Promo@capefearsolarsystems.com for reimbursement, within 7 (seven) business days of the bill date on the qualified electric bill; and fulfill payment obligations described on the Solar PV Sales Agreement starting with either a deposit or a fully executed and approved loan agreement with a Cape Fear Solar Systems finance partner. This Promotion cannot be combined with any offer, promotion, or rebate guarantee from either Cape Fear Solar Systems, the finance company, or a solar equipment manufacturer. If applicable, Purchaser may still be eligible for rebates paid directly from a utility. For any one Purchaser, the maximum cumulative payments made by Cape Fear Solar Systems (through reimbursements) will be equal or less than $600 (six hundred and 00/1000 dollars). Qualifying Electric Bills will be paid through the Installation Date. The Installation Date is the day the solar panels are installed at the Purchasers residence not the date the system will be commissioned. Reimbursements will be paid only after all Authorities Having Jurisdiction (“AHJs”) have approved the project described in the Solar PV Sales Agreement. AHJs include, but are not limited to, Homeowners Associations (“HOA”), the Utility, county and city permit offices. Cape Fear Solar Systems will process qualifying electric bill reimbursement requests within 14 (fourteen) business days of the date the system is commissioned. In the event the Solar PV Sales Agreement is cancelled by the Purchaser, this promotion is voided, and any electric bill reimbursement funds already paid to Purchases must be refunded to Cape Fear Solar Systems by the Purchaser within thirty (30) days of the cancellation of the Solar PV Sales Agreement. Offer ends June 30, 2025 at midnight, and participation is allowed only on a first come, first serve basis and is limited to 30 (Thirty) customers.
