Meet David and Janice Long, who went solar with Cape Fear Solar Systems in 2012. They started with solar panels for their Wilmington, North Carolina home and once they saw the savings solar had to offer, they asked Cape Fear Solar to install a commercial solar system on their business, MyEmployees.
MyEmployees currently employees 54 individuals and works with many strong companies to improve the company culture and empower staff to reach organizational goals and achieve peak performance. The Longs saw a payback in 5 years for their business and state solar is a “no brainer” for those looking for a solid investment option.
Although rare, the Longs did experience an issue with their generator. They were impressed with Cape Fear Solar’s owner, John for taking care of the issue and taking ownership of the issue. How the issue was addressed impressed them the most.
They were so thrilled with the experience and service they received they asked, “What else can you offer us?” They are now proud owners of two SunPower solar systems, battery backup, and solar thermal.
