Meet Dr. Richard and Lynne Adams. Customers of Cape Fear Solar Systems who purchased their solar array when they were 80 years young. Both now 83 they are enjoying their decision to use solar to power their Wilmington home. They rarely see a bill and rest better at night knowing they are making a positive contribution towards the environment. They also like that their home may appraise higher and sell faster than comparable homes. The Adams have many people who have asked them, “why did you go solar at your age?” but they firmly believe going solar is a good idea at any age. They hope to inspire more retirees to go solar and work with Cape Fear Solar Systems.
